Below is important information regarding the 2024
Pageant and Bal Masque, including 3 links for you to utilize.  You can print the member list and member letter here, if you choose to do so.

  • 77th Annual MKI Pageant & Ball Masque

    • Saturday, January 27, 2024

      • 7:45PM - Louisiana Sugarcane Festival Building, New Iberia

      • CASH BAR in the main lobby beginning at 7:00PM

      • Formal Attire
         

  • TICKETS:  Your tickets to the Ball and Breakfast have been mailed to your address on file.

    • We are all adults, we know the rules…if you cannot attend, you CANNOT hand your tickets to someone else. 

    • Your tickets are for you only!  So, just in case anyone needs reminding, your tickets are non-transferrable!!!!!!  DO NOT GIVE YOUR TICKETS TO ANYONE
       

  • FOOD & BAR: Your membership dues include a full buffet style meal, which will start shortly after the Ball begins and a full open bar, both catered by Preservation.  The bar is for those in attendance over the age of 21. 
     

  • SPECTATORS: Spectators and nonmembers will be allowed to watch the pageant from the upstairs balcony area only, and should exit via the front lobby following the completion of the pageant.
     

  • RESERVATION OF TABLES: NOTE- there is no need to reserve tables until it is closer to the 2024 ball.  The information is here for your information only at this time!   Members who wish to sit together with friends should choose a table captain who will submit to us, no later than January 20, 2024, the names of those to be included at their table. 
    ​

    • Table Captains will submit their request by using the icon "Table Reservation" above.
       

      • Space is limited, so any request after the specified date may not be able to be fulfilled. 
         

      • Each member of your party will NOT have a seat.  If you have a smaller group, you will be paired with another smaller group.  
        ​

      • We will have some bistro and open tables for those who do not reserve.  Table reservations are not a guarantee of your membership.  It is our observation of the past 5 years that seats and tables are used very little.
